As part of this fundamental obligation, Euromat is committed to safeguarding and appropriately using personal information/data collected through the services it provides. Generally, our purpose is to collect only the personal data voluntarily provided by our counterparties so that we can provide them with the contracted services.

We collect your personal data only if you choose to provide it—for example, when you contact us via email or phone for assistance with contracted services. Additionally, only if you wish, we will collect driver information (full name, vehicle operating area, and phone number) for inclusion in the reporting you have selected, solely for your use.
By signing our contract and submitting your personal data to Euromat, you also consent to the use of this data according to this Statement. Your personal data will not be used for other purposes unless you provide consent or if required or permitted by law or professional standards.
1.2 Legal Basis for Using Your Personal Data
Euromat generally collects only the personal data necessary to fulfill your requests. When additional, optional information is requested, you will be informed at the time of data collection.
Greek and EU legislation allows us to process personal data if there is a legal basis to do so. We are also required to inform you of the reasons for such processing. Accordingly, when processing your personal data, we rely on one of the following bases:

Telematics devices automatically collect vehicle location data to provide you with reports through a secure platform using personal access credentials.

Euromat shares personal data only with directly related companies and only if necessary for legitimate business purposes, to respond to your requests, or as required/permitted by law or professional standards.
